The RKC Trade Platform’s services are exclusively available to Resident Indians making investments or purchases that qualify as domestic transactions. All investments or purchases on the platform must be carried out through an Indian Rupee account.
The RKC Trading Platform, developed by RKC Creation Pvt. Ltd., is a digital interface that enables investors and property traders to execute transactions in the real estate market. Serving as a virtual marketplace, it allows users to buy and sell a variety of properties seamlessly. By replacing traditional floor trading and phone-based real estate transactions, the platform offers the convenience of trading from anywhere.
Within the platform, RKC Trades can be digitally bought or sold between registered users. Each RKC Trader is assigned a unique name or reference ID, representing a specific property investment opportunity.
You may be required to complete certain documents and agreements, either in digital or physical form. Our team will coordinate with you to ensure the smooth execution of all such requirements. KYC compliance is mandatory for every member, along with bank account verification.
Each property listed on the RKC Trade Platform will have a Market Value announced during its launch period. During this phase, the property price will be fixed at its market rate. Once all units are sold, the property will be made available on the marketplace with minimum and maximum prices set by RKC Trade. The property’s value may increase over time, depending on its physical development and other market factors.
Reputed Asset Managers, Operators, or Master Property Managers will handle the day-to-day operations of each property. The on-ground development status will be regularly updated on the platform, and you may also visit the property locations listed on the website/app to obtain reports. A professional and experienced team will be appointed as the Master Property Manager for every property investment opportunity listed on the platform.
